Privacy by design

1. Information TakeWeave processes

TakeWeave lets you create projects, shots, text notes, prompts, and optional reference images. This content is stored locally in the app's sandboxed container on your device. The app does not automatically upload it to us or use it for analytics or advertising. Information you choose to send to support is handled as described below.

TakeWeave also keeps a limited technical event log locally for troubleshooting. A diagnostic report may contain app and iOS versions, device model, timestamps, operation durations, error categories and codes, and subscription-operation or entitlement status. Reports include up to 100 recent events. The generated report excludes passwords, payment-card details, purchase receipts, account email addresses, stable device identifiers, storyboard text, and reference images. It is not automatically uploaded: you choose whether and where to share it.

2. Reference images

When you add a reference image, Apple's system photo picker gives TakeWeave only the image you select. TakeWeave does not request broad access to your photo library.

3. Exporting and sharing

PDF and JSON exports are created locally. When you use Apple's share sheet, you choose the destination. Any third-party app or service you select will handle the exported file under its own privacy policy.

4. Purchases

Optional TakeWeave Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. TakeWeave reads your entitlement status from Apple's on-device services to unlock Pro features. We do not operate a payment server and do not receive your full payment-card information. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Support email and AI-assisted troubleshooting

If you email shotpocket6@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send, including diagnostic reports. We use this information to investigate and respond to your support request, not for advertising or sale. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, or confidential project content.

We may use OpenAI or Anthropic services to help interpret technical information and prepare responses. Before doing so, we remove identifying and unnecessary personal information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and account identifiers, and share only the minimum technical excerpt needed. This is a separate, human-initiated support process; the app does not integrate with or automatically upload data to these AI services. Removing obvious identifiers does not guarantee that all remaining information is anonymous. These services process submitted information under their applicable terms and settings; we do not promise zero provider retention or a particular processing location.

We delete support messages, attachments, and support copies under our control within 90 days after a request is closed. This is a support-handling policy, not an automatic deletion feature of the app. Service-provider backup or security retention is governed by their own policies. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.

6. Tracking, advertising, and third parties

The TakeWeave app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, third-party AI service, or cross-app tracking technology. Its Pro template library is bundled as static local content. StoreKit communications with Apple occur only as needed for purchases and subscription status.

7. This website

This page does not install a TakeWeave analytics script or advertising tracker. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, so GitHub may process limited technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the hosting service. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

8. Children

TakeWeave is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app has no account or developer-operated data collection, we generally cannot identify a user's age.

9. Security and deletion

Your local data is protected by the security features of your device. You can delete individual projects or use the project's data-deletion controls in Settings. Deleting projects does not necessarily remove preferences or diagnostic records. Deleting the app removes its local container; exported files, device backups, and support messages are separate. Before deleting data, export a backup if you want to keep it. No system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when TakeWeave changes or when legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revisions are published. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way.

1. TakeWeave 处理的信息

2. 参考图片

添加参考图片时，Apple 系统照片选择器只会向 TakeWeave 提供你主动选中的图片。TakeWeave 不会请求访问整个照片图库。

3. 导出与分享

PDF 和 JSON 文件均在本地生成。使用 Apple 系统分享面板时，发送目的地由你选择。你选中的第三方 App 或服务将按照其自身隐私政策处理导出的文件。

4. 购买

可选的 TakeWeave Pro 购买由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 处理。TakeWeave 从 Apple 的设备端服务读取订阅权益状态，用于解锁 Pro 功能。我们不运营支付服务器，也不会收到你的完整银行卡信息。Apple 对购买信息的处理受 Apple 隐私政策约束。

5. 技术支持邮件与 AI 辅助排查

如果你向 shotpocket6@gmail.com 发邮件，我们会收到你的邮箱地址、邮件正文及你主动附上的文件，包括诊断报告。这些信息用于调查和回复支持请求，不用于广告或出售。请勿发送密码、验证码、付款资料或保密项目内容。

我们可能使用 OpenAI 或 Anthropic 服务辅助理解技术信息及起草回复。发送前会去除姓名、邮箱、手机号、账号标识等身份信息及不必要的个人信息，只提供排查所需的最少技术片段。这是独立、由人工发起的支持流程，App 没有集成这些 AI 服务，也不会向其自动上传数据。去除明显标识不代表剩余信息必然完全匿名。相关服务按其适用条款和设置处理信息，我们不承诺服务商零保留或特定处理地点。

我们会在请求结案后 90 天内删除由我们控制的支持邮件、附件和支持副本。这是支持处理规则，不是 App 的自动删除功能。服务商的备份或安全记录保留受其自身政策约束。你可以通过邮件要求提前删除。

6. 追踪、广告与第三方

TakeWeave App 不包含广告 SDK、分析 SDK、第三方 AI 服务或跨 App 追踪技术。Pro 模板库是随 App 打包的本地静态内容。只有购买和确认订阅状态时，Apple StoreKit 才会与 Apple 的服务通信。

7. 本网站

本网页不安装 TakeWeave 的分析脚本或广告追踪器。网页由 GitHub Pages 托管，因此 GitHub 可能为运营和保护托管服务而处理 IP 地址、请求日志等有限技术信息。详情请阅读 GitHub 一般隐私声明。

8. 儿童

TakeWeave 并非面向 13 岁以下儿童设计，我们不会在明知的情况下收集儿童个人信息。由于 App 没有账号或开发者自营的数据收集系统，我们通常无法识别用户年龄。

9. 安全与删除

本地数据由设备自身的安全机制保护。你可以删除单个项目或使用设置中的项目数据删除功能。删除项目不一定清除偏好设置或诊断记录。删除 App 会移除本地容器；已导出的文件、设备备份及支持邮件独立保存。删除前如需保留数据，请先导出备份。任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。

10. 政策变更

当 TakeWeave 功能或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。发布修订版本时会同步更新上方生效日期；重大变化将以适当方式告知用户。

Terms of Use

Simple terms for a local-first app

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading or using TakeWeave, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to accept these terms; if local law requires parental consent, a parent or guardian must provide it.

2. The service

TakeWeave is an iPhone storyboard and shot-planning tool. It stores projects locally and provides tools for organizing shots, attaching reference images, using built-in templates, and exporting files. Features may evolve as the app is updated.

3. Free plan and TakeWeave Pro

The Free plan supports up to 2 projects and 8 shots per project. TakeWeave Pro currently unlocks unlimited projects and shots, watermark-free PDF exports, and importing built-in Pro templates.

TakeWeave Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. Any displayed price, trial eligibility, billing date, renewal, cancellation, refund, and family-sharing availability are determined by Apple and your App Store storefront. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not itself cancel a subscription. A free trial, when offered and when Apple confirms eligibility, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

4. Your content and backups

You retain ownership of the projects, text, images, and other content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use that content. TakeWeave is local-first and does not provide developer-operated cloud backup or sync. You are responsible for exporting backups and protecting exported files.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use it in violation of applicable law. Built-in templates are provided for use within your own TakeWeave projects; they may not be repackaged or redistributed as a standalone template library.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and Apple's subscription rules. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every future device or operating-system version.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TakeWeave is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. It is a creative planning tool, not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, safety, or production advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making appropriate backups before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Termination

You may stop using TakeWeave at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law. Subscription cancellation and refunds are handled through Apple.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect app, legal, or operational changes. The effective date will be updated when revisions are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

2. 服务内容

TakeWeave 是一款 iPhone 分镜与拍摄计划工具。它在本地保存项目，并提供镜头管理、参考图片、本地模板和文件导出功能。App 更新时，功能可能随之调整。

3. 免费版与 TakeWeave Pro

免费版最多支持 2 个项目，每个项目最多 8 个镜头。TakeWeave Pro 目前解锁无限项目、无限镜头、PDF 无水印导出和内置 Pro 模板导入。

TakeWeave Pro 是通过 Apple 购买的可选自动续订订阅。价格、试用资格、扣费日期、续订、取消、退款和家人共享可用性均由 Apple 及你的 App Store 地区决定。请在 Apple ID 订阅设置中管理或取消订阅；仅删除 App 不会自动取消订阅。若 Apple 确认你符合免费试用资格，试用会在到期后转为付费订阅，除非你在试用结束前至少 24 小时通过 Apple 取消。

4. 你的内容与备份

你保留对自己创建或导入的项目、文字、图片及其他内容的权利，并负责确保自己拥有使用这些内容所需的授权。TakeWeave 采用本地优先设计，不提供由开发者运营的云备份或同步服务。你应自行导出备份并保护导出的文件。

5. 合理使用

不得滥用 App、干扰其运行、尝试未经授权的访问、侵犯知识产权或隐私权，也不得以违反适用法律的方式使用。本地内置模板可用于你自己的 TakeWeave 项目，但不得作为独立模板库重新打包或分发。

6. 可用性与变更

在遵守适用法律和 Apple 订阅规则的前提下，我们可能改进、调整、暂停或停止部分功能。我们不保证 App 始终无错误、不中断，也不保证与未来所有设备或操作系统版本兼容。

7. 免责声明

在法律允许的最大范围内，TakeWeave 按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不作法律禁止排除之外的保证。它是一款创作计划工具，不能替代专业、法律、财务、医疗、安全或制片建议。依赖任何导出结果前，你应自行检查并做好适当备份。

8. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用 App 产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失，或数据、利润、机会损失承担责任。本条款不排除法律不允许排除的责任或消费者救济。

9. 终止使用

你可以随时停止使用 TakeWeave。为处理违法使用、安全风险或违反本条款的行为，我们可能在遵守适用法律的前提下合理限制访问。订阅取消和退款由 Apple 处理。

10. 条款变更

为反映 App、法律或运营变化，我们可能更新本条款。发布修订时会同步更新生效日期。在法律允许的情况下，更新后继续使用即表示你接受修订后的条款。
